With over 20 years of experience, our local management team provides quality management experience in overseeing all aspects of your student's housing community. Our Property Managers are supported by a team of leasing agents, student community assistants and maintenance personnel, each qualified to provide you and your student with the 24/7 support they need.

Often times students will break their leases prior to the end of their rental agreement and the rest of the roommates are left with their share of the rent. Through our individual leases, you will have peace of mind that you are only paying for your child's rent.
